I am getting a fresh start which I needed. I would highly recommend using David if you are in financial trouble. He lays everything out for you and helps you understand the bankruptcy process.

    My father is a customer of WFC in Arizona and was visiting me in Chicago. He required a medallion guarantee and we made an appointment with Juan Martin at the Westchester, IL branch. Our appointment was at 9:30am and we arrived at 9:25. Mr. Martin was waiting for us at the front door, offered us coffee and took us immediately to his desk to complete the process. He was efficient, knowledgeable and very personable. He walked my 88 year old father through the process step by step. The customer service we received was remarkable and we were both very impressed with the experience. I would highly recommend this bank, this branch, but especially Juan Martin.
